Additional Pictures from Epstein Estate Made Public by Democratic Party US Lawmakers

Development layouts for the financier's secluded tropical island featured within the images.

Also included in this recent image release seems to be a development blueprint for the Great St James island, situated in the American territory.

Epstein purchased a smaller island - the Little St James - back in the late 1990s, but later purchased the more expansive adjacent island in 2016 for around $22.5 million.

The released images suggest he had drawn up development schemes to transform the substantial island by building residences, an performance venue, an office beneath the waves and a pool.

Visible on the drawing is a channel, a marine passage in the region, noted on the lower right-hand corner.

The site plan is covered in handwritten red notes and features a key labelling various parts of the property.

Alongside the main plan are what look to be several other property layouts and architectural plans, including layouts for marina coverings.

Further materials released as part of the current congressional disclosure.
